Standard Features:

·        X & Y axis movement of table guided by hardened Thomson shafts with linear bearings (No hand-held jigs).

·        Thorough guarding and protective clamp bar keep the operator shielded while operating the machine. 

·        The interchangeable 3-position turret system allows users to switch between cutters on a stack in seconds and switch cutter stacks with matching turrets in minutes. 

·        No pre-band sawing of cathedral arches or matching rails is necessary. 

·        Pneumatic fence stop system provides accurate, repetitive part positioning.  Positioning scale allows for accurate centering of panel & rail. (Scale comes inch or metric).

·        Standard or Custom template stacks are available from Unique, or can be made independently. Climb and conventional cutting are possible to achieve the best finish.

·        One set of standard tooling and one 998800 template included.
