The rotating discs oscillate from left to right and back again. Every point of the work piece is sanded from all angles and all directions. 

All four edges of the work piece are sanded equally.

The rotating discs sand across the grain as well as with the grain. This kind of cross-sanding provides an exceptional finish on flat surfaces.

The rotating sanding rollers, which follow the discs, sand in the direction of the through feed thus giving a straight finish in one direction.

This combination of discs and rollers makes the Discmaster the ideal finishing solution for furniture, kitchen doors, cabinet doors, shutter frames and more.
